First exterior/interior render tests

To do list:
- Interior render with the shortest possible render time.
- Bump map on the asphalt.
- Car paint has to have interpolation.
- Trees must be added.
- 2 Exterior still shots in high quality.
- 2 Interior still shots in high quality.
- Photoshop post production of the still shots.
- Short (5-10s) clips with depth of field effect.
- Post production of clips and final cut in After Effects.

Glass facade material done

Facade glass with steel framing on the grass. Material test.
- Grass material tile edges should be lighter, so that the material would become tileable.
- Render times are acceptable.
-Framing has too high specular levels.
-Distance fog missing.

Exterior materials done


Material tests finished both in Revit and 3ds Max. According to render times Revit will be used for video renders and 3ds Max for still images.

Revit materials:
Asphalt (generic asphalt material)
Grass (image map, bump map)
Tree (entourage from library)

Render time: 30s

3ds Max materials:
Asphalt (diffuse map, bump map)
Grass (diffuse map, vray displacement map)
Tree branch (diffuse map, bump map)
Tree leaf (opacity map, specular map, translucency map, 2 sided diffuse map)

Render time: 45s

Grasshopper definition
